 (1) How do I apply for one of your rentals?
There is an online application on our website. Applications are also available at our office - please call us to schedule an appointment.  Also, we always have one available during showings.

(2) Is there an application fee?
No. It’s free to submit an application.

(3) Where do I pay my rent?
Mail or drop off payment to1983 S. Liberty Drive, Bloomington, IN 47403.  You may also drop payments off at 717 Lincoln Ave., Bedford, IN 47421.

(4) Do you have short-term leases?
Yes we do have some short-term leases available; call us today for more information.

(5) After I move out when will I receive my security deposit refund?
We will mail your itemized statement and refund to you within 45 days of your lease end date.  Refund amount is subject to your move-in and move-out inspection.  Don’t forget to give us your forwarding address!

(6) How do I make a maintenance requests?

You can submit a maintenance request to our property manager by sending an email to michelle@marquisemanagement.com or calling 812-361-8529.  You can also notify us online by selecting “maintenance” in the dropdown menu in the contact us section of our website.   Once you submit your request, we will follow up with you right away!
